    So cute and so comfortable

    When I saw an article about the company and the shoes, I initially went on the website to buy a pair for my niece who was turning 7. But then I ended up buying a pair for myself too as they were so cute and so affordable. And I'm so glad I did! We both love them, and they're incredibly comfortable and supportive. These are the perfect shoes for cheering yourself or someone else up during these trying times, and I love that they have are somewhat eco-friendly.

    Great Shoe - Poor Customer Service

    I loved the quality of the shoe except it was too small for my foot. I’ve been trying to return it for several weeks with no response from customer service either by email or through their online chat. I’m concerned that my 30 days will run out and I’ll be left with a shoe that hurts my foot and I can’t wear. Be careful of their return policy and response.

    Terrible fit. Wanted to return them. No response. After I notified Customer Service, I received an email saying they couldn't email me. I replied, but again no response. I emailed from my husband's email. Again, no response. I am still trying to return them. What do I need to do in order to return these cool, stylish; but poorly fitting shoes?
