1. Are SUNS Shoes waterproof?

No, our shoes are made from eco-friendly canvas. While getting them wet will not destroy their UV color changing properties, we recommend taking them off before splashing around for optimal extension of shoe-life.

2. How should I take care of my SUNS Shoes?

Dust off SUNS Shoes after normal use and use a soft cloth to spot clean using a mild pH-neutral detergent. Do not machine wash or submerge in water. Due to the nature of the eco-friendly dye and canvas material, prolonged water exposure may lead to discoloration.

3. How long will the color be changing last?

The normal color changing properties will have a 1-2 year lifespan, but the shoe itself was constructed with high quality craftsmanship and it should last beyond that.

4. What is the return policy?

For domestic customers only: Within 30 days, you may return the shoes in its original box and condition for a full refund. You may use USPS, UPS or any other carrier of your choice at the customer’s expense. We are unable to offer returns on international orders at this time.

5. What is the exchange policy?

For domestic customers only: Within 30 days of purchase, you may exchange the shoes for another style or size of equal value. To get the process started, email us at hello@sunsshoes.com and tell us the size and/or style with which you would like to make the exchange. Return the shoes in its original shoes box and condition. You may use USPS, UPS or any other carrier of your choice at the customer’s expense. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ship the replacement product and cover the domestic ground shipping cost.

8. Would SUNS Shoes support other charities?

SUNS Shoes will continue to select appropriate charitable organization to support. If there is an organization that you think we should support, email us at hello@sunsshoes.com.

9. How often does SUNS Shoes roll out new shoes?

There is no set roll out schedule for new designs. The best way to stay informed is to sign up for our email list!

10. How long is the order process? When will my order get to me? What is the shipping timeframe?

After placing your order, we package and ship within 1-2 business days. You should expect your shoes in 5-6 business days. Please double check expected delivery times when checking out.
