FREE shipping?

Free standard shipping within the US on all orders over $95. Note that orders can take up to 2 business days to process after the order is placed due to COVID-19 protocols at our warehouse. 

Order and shipping confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed – it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

How we ship

Most orders in the US are sent and delivered to you via USPS.

Where we ship

We ship to US delivery addresses in the 50 states, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses when they have a US zip code.  We also ship to select international locations. At present we ship to most regions of: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxemburg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom.

International shipping 

All orders shipped to an address outside the US are considered final sale with no returns or exchanges.  We utilize a real-time postage calculation tool that will determine the best carrier (typically DHL or APC) and actual postage cost for us to ship you your package. Those costs are passed on to the customer, and we regretfully cannot offer free shipping or accept returns/exchanges on international orders. All local duties that may be charged are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Taxes

When applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We want to make this an easy swap. To exchange an item for an alternate size or style please email: hello@sunsshoes.com (be sure to reference your order number and what style and size you’d like to receive in exchange) so we can provide the best customer service and get you into a new pair of SUNS as soon as possible!

Return policy

We apologize that your item did not work out! Returns on eligible items are accepted within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned clean, unworn and unaltered with all tags and in their original packaging, which must be intact. Product cannot have been worn outdoors so please be sure to properly test your SUNS for fit indoors before wearing outdoors. To initiate a return send an email to: hello@sunsshoes.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item you wish to return
  3. The reason (your feedback helps us improve our product)
  4. Please indicate if you would like to exchange for an alternate size or style, if so please state the alternate size or style. If there is a price difference we’ll let you know!
  5. Your phone number if you want us to call you, otherwise we’ll email you back with details on how to complete your return/exchange

We offer free returns within the US in many cases via a pre-paid shipping label we will email you. However, some situations are subject to a $5 processing fee for the pre-paid return label. We’ll do everything we can to make this easy for you. 

We regretfully cannot accept returns/exchanges on international orders.

Late returns

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns past 30 days from order date.

Items not eligible for return

Please note that we do not accept returns of final sale merchandise, promotional items or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description, unless they are faulty. We also do not accept returns for any items shipped outside the US. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page.

Receiving a refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price plus taxes, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
